Why Pakistan is not a democratic country

• The real rulers in Pakistan are not elected by the people in Pakistan.
• The people may have elected their representatives to the provincial and the national assemblies but this representative cannot take the final decisions the real power lies in the hand of the army official and the General Musharraf.
